Comarket has the best service in Estonia`s grocery stores

A field study conducted by the research firm Dive revealed that the best-service is in Comarket, leaving behind Rimi and Selver.

Research method used was mystery shopping and in all 70 shop visits were made during June 2019.
The most popular chain stores in Estonia were visited in larger cities like Tallinn, Tartu, Viljandi, Pärnu, and Narva. A total of 10 visits were made to each chain, where the test client was tasked with evaluating the entire service process. During one visit, a total of 3 waitresses were evaluated: asking for information about the products sold at the counter; asking the hall attendant for help finding a product, and the cashier in the usual pay-as-you-go situation.
